Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations for CC and SFP in Dagupan region. You will execute brand plans, coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, manage vendors, collect consumer insights, and monitor activation KPIs to drive results.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a valid Philippine driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage; valid Philippine driver's license is required.

• Route Planning
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.

Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive

leads on-ground activations in all trade channels for both Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Smoke-Free Products (SFP) within a designated region. The role ensures execution excellence, drives business results, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.
