Job summary

EY GDS Philippines seeks a Senior Consultant with Saviynt expertise to join the Cyber team and lead Saviynt IGA initiatives for global clients. You will architect, configure, and optimize Saviynt solutions while collaborating with identity security professionals across engagements.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement connectors to AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, and more, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to knowledge sharing within the DIPAM practice.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
• At least 2 years of Saviynt (EIC / Identity Cloud) implementation or support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of IGA concepts including provisioning, certification, lifecycle management, RBAC, and SoD controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Saviynt IGA solutions (access certification, provisioning, identity lifecycle).
• Gather requirements and support solution design discussions with clients and global teams.
• Build/connectors across platforms (AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, flat files, REST/SOAP).
• Configure JML processes, RBAC, and SoD policies.
• Develop and enhance access certification campaigns and risk-based approvals.
• Create integrations and workflows using Saviynt configuration frameworks and REST APIs.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within DIPAM.

EY GDS Philippines is expanding its Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management (DIPAM) practice and is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with Saviynt expertise to join our growing Cyber team.

In this role, you will work on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) engagements for global clients, supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Saviynt solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of identity and cybersecurity professionals while helping organizations strengthen their identity security and governance frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, implement, and support Saviynt IGA solutions, including access certification, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Gather requirements, participate in solution design discussions, and support technical architecture conversations with clients and global engagement teams.
• Build and configure application and endpoint connectors across platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, flat files, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Configure identity lifecycle workflows, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role mining, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Develop and enhance access certification campaigns, approval workflows, and risk-based access controls.
• Create custom integrations, connectors, and workflows using Saviynt configuration frameworks, REST APIs, and scripting capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the DIPAM practice.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• At least 2 years of recent experience implementing or supporting Saviynt (EIC / Identity Cloud) solutions.
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts, including:
• Access Provisioning
• Access Certification
• Identity Lifecycle Management
• RBAC
• SoD Controls
• Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and target systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-facing consulting environment and work across project-based schedules.
