Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a Consultant within the Primary Intelligence team in the Philippines. The role emphasizes client communication, research design, and delivering research solutions for pharmaceutical/healthcare clients.

Candidates should bring 4–5 years of market research experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage projects and client interactions independently. Knowledge of data viz and AI tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of market research experience (preferably Pharma or Consumer Health).
• Ability to independently manage market research projects & day-to-day client interactions.
• Resourceful in contracting fieldwork agencies/freelancers to manage fieldwork load.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and English proficiency.
• Knowledge of data visualization & AI analytic tools is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare industry with qualitative and quantitative project management is advantageous.
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems.

The Opportunity IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Consultant within the Primary Intelligence team.

Job Responsibilities

• Adept at client communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client’s business requirements & translate them into research design & solutions.
• Has good knowledge & experience of various market research methodologies & able to independently perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Excellent storytelling skills – ability to design and structures compelling presentations.
• Good Project management skills & develop detailed documentation.
• Assist Sr. Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems and proposal development.
• Develops a sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry and the related services and consulting methodologies.
• Develops an understanding of IQVIA processes & solutions and how they would be utilized in client scenarios Engagement based responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Sr.
• Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals.

Consultants, Engagement Managers or Principals Desired Skills And Experience

• At least 4 - 5 years of market research experience (preferably Pharmaceutical or Consumer Health market research) with good experience in data analysis & synthesis.
• Able to independently manage market research projects & day to day client interactions.
• Resourceful in contracting fieldwork agencies/freelancers to manage the load of fieldwork.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & excel) and written and spoken English is a must.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools & AI analytic tools would be an advantage.
• Previous experience within healthcare industry in both qualitative and quantitative project management skill will be advantageous.
