About the role

Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp.' is seeking a licensed and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Consultant - Licensed Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development and successful delivery of our upcoming commercial and residential real estate projects in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert civil engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Conducting site assessments, soil testing and structural analyses to inform project design and planning

• Developing detailed engineering plans, drawings and specifications to ensure structures meet all safety and compliance requirements

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate and oversee construction activities

• Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards

• Identifying and proactively resolving any technical issues that may arise during the construction phase

• Preparing comprehensive progress reports and presenting findings to senior management

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

• A valid professional engineering license and registration in the Philippines

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the construction industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial and/or residential development projects

• Excellent technical, problem-solving and project management skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering design software
