• Proficiency in using AI and GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and similar platforms to enhance productivity, automate operational tasks, improve troubleshooting
• Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered assistants for code generation, automation scripting, knowledge discovery, operational runbooks, incident management, and platform modernization initiatives
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into infrastructure, database, and platform operations
