Major Duties:

  • Supports the production of periodic and ad-hoc Management Information around Risk & Resiliency supporting the department Objectives & Key Results and identification of key risks.
  • Begins to develop internal and external Networking opportunities in relation to COO activities.
  • Begins to develops working relationship with other depts globally, particularly Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT.
  • Completes issues/trend analysis with review by their Manager.
  • Reviews business change and recommends initial impact assessment to determine the relevant SME team that needs to be engaged acrossRisk & Resiliency with support from senior team members.
  • Supports the roll out of the department and business training and communication plan with support from senior team members.
  • Requires understanding of data analytics and related tools including Power BI, FUSION, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps and Automate).
Knowledge:
  • Professional with extensive business experience, multi-disciplinary functional experience with a focus on proactive activities within the group.
  • Knowledge of the firm and industry.
Experience:
  • College or University degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Risk & Control experience helpful.
  • Financial services experience.
