Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor: Engage in various physical labor tasks, such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
• Maintain construction site: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the construction site, including clearing debris, setting up materials, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) (hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, etc.) and following proper lifting and handling procedures.

• Physical Fitness: Possess good physical strength, stamina, and endurance to perform demanding physical labor, often in various weather conditions.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors, other workers, and tradespeople.
