• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites. This includes digging trenches, pouring concrete, framing structures, laying bricks, and assisting with other construction activities as directed by the site supervisor.
• Operate and maintain various construction equipment and tools. This may include power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery (with proper training and certification).
• Ensure job site safety by adhering to all safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes following safety procedures, reporting any hazards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Possess strong physical strength and stamina. This includes the ability to lift heavy objects, work in physically demanding conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Be reliable and punctual. This includes arriving on time for work, adhering to schedules, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
