Overview

Assist in clearing and preparing construction sites, ensuring the area is safe and ready for building operations. Perform basic landscaping, material delivery, and site cleanup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Structural Assembly & Installation: Help in the construction and assembly of frameworks, walls, roofs, and other structural elements using hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery. Follow blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a hazard-free work environment. Report any unsafe conditions or accidents immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Experience & Skill with Tools: Familiarity with construction tools and machinery, such as drills, saws, and forklifts, as well as knowledge of basic construction techniques.
