Job summary

Polarr Azanje Construction Inc. is hiring a Safety Officer III to oversee site safety on our projects in Angeles, Pampanga. You will develop and enforce safety programs, conduct audits, and lead training sessions to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a DOLE SO3 certification, a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of construction experience, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with site teams and inspectors. On-site work is a mandatory part of this position.

Qualifications

• DOLE SO3 certification (SO3)
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience
• Knowledge of OSH standards and safety practices
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Physically fit and willing to be on-site

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, protocols and policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH and other standards.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports/recommendations.
• Facilitate safety orientations, training sessions and toolbox meetings.
• Serve as site liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits and certifications.
