Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation, the support group of Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on ensuring successful construction and renovation of Motortrade branches nationwide to support expansion.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, while supervising teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management, liaising with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• PMP or other project management certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to budgeting and resource allocation for new branches and renovations nationwide.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure progress as planned.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure construction work complies with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor and report project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the construction PM team.

About the Role

Concerted Management Corporation, the support group of Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the number 1 motorcycle dealer in the Philippines, is looking for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful construction and renovation of Motortrade branches nationwide to support its expansion and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation for new branch constructions and renovations nationwide.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects progress as planned.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and resolve any issues.
• Ensure all construction work is compliant with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the construction project management team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial or residential construction sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budget management, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects from start to finish.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
