ARK Management LTD. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of construction regulations and best practices, ensuring on-time completion within budget and high client satisfaction

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades
