Job summary

AVAC PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS CORPORATION is seeking a Construction Manager in Quezon City with 3 to 5 years of construction management experience. The role supports the lead Project Manager and Project Director in all phases of construction.

Key duties include planning and scheduling all construction activities, maintaining site standards, supervising contractors, reporting progress, coordinating with clients and management, and ensuring proper documentation from site to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all construction activities from start to finish on assigned project.
• Maintain construction site presentable to customers and meet AVAC standards.
• Schedule and supervise contractor activities per AVAC schedules and scopes.
• Provide regular feedback to Project Manager/Construction Manager and Project Director.
• Communicate progress and completion dates via scheduled reports.
• Work with client, contractors and management for open communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain and track construction documents at the job site.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with client and oversee construction and scheduling.
• Review and endorse start packages before beginning construction.
• Aid client representative with outstanding requests and ensure timely completion.
