Job summary

Taylormade Development Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Purchasing Officer to support the procurement of materials, suppliers, and services for ongoing construction projects and operations.

You will manage PRs, RFQs, POs, and supplier records, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and policy compliance while collaborating with project teams.

The role requires strong negotiation and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP or procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requests (PRs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and other departments on purchasing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager or Management.
