QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
*Preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, but not required
*FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
*Knowledgeable in quality control, inspection, and testing procedures
*Willing to be assigned in DMCI Homes project sites within Metro Manila and Baguio
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Management
Ensures 100% compliance with standard work sequence and checklist for all phases of work
Checks completeness and accuracy of submitted checklists, test records, and as-built plans
Issues and monitors closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to subcontractor
Conducts functional and performance testing
Risk and Safety Management
Implements all safety initiative programs
Attends and conducts toolbox meeting
Performs daily site inspections to identify safety hazards
Ensures proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Construction Management
Reviews and interprets BIM model, For Construction Drawings (FCD), approved shop drawing, project specification and design of MEP system
Maintains comprehensive project documentation including daily reports and Request for Approval (RFA)/Request for Information (RFI)
Participates in subcontractor coordination meetings and provides updates on project progress and quality-related concerns.
Prepares material requisition
Resource Management
Monitors productivity
Inspects materials upon delivery to ensure they meet project specifications
Maintains records of material certifications and compliance reports
Subcontract Management
Reviews and validates subcontractor’s billing and claims against work completed
Monitors MEPF installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved shop drawings
Reviews and enforces subcontract agreement – general terms and conditions
Verifies proper testing, commissioning, and system performance before final acceptance
Issues non-conformance reports for detective work and oversee corrective actions
Ensures that subcontractors submit as-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and warranty certificates
