Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in construction management
• Licensed PE or Civil Engineer board passer preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D
• Knowledge of building codes and environmental permits
• Soft skills: leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, time management

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations for both vertical (structural, architectural, MEPFS) and horizontal (earthworks, paving, drainage, grading) scopes of work.
• Review and interpret architectural blueprints, structural designs, and civil engineering drawings.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring clear communication across all tiers.
