Job summary

M Moser Associates is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up building and high-end interior fit-out projects. You will oversee interior MEP works, coordinate with design teams across multiple locations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5–6 years in construction project management, strong leadership, and expertise in CAD/BIM tools, with a focus on delivering premium hospitality and commercial interiors.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in project management for ground‑up building and high‑end interior fit‑out
• Proven experience in construction management or similar role
• Knowledge of BMU systems, EPDM waterproofing, modular MEP support
• Knowledge of hospitality projects, architecture principles, and MEP coordination
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Ability to coordinate with design teams across locations and manage schedules and budgets

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project (MSP) and general computer software. Should have knowledge of Autocad and BIM software.
• Willing to be assigned to Tuguegarao City.

Skills

• Comfortable reading and understanding PDF and CAD drawings
• Hands-on knowledge about necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites

Relevant Experience/ knowledge

• 5-6 years of experience in project management within ground-up building construction and construction of high-end commercial interior fit-out
• Should have proven working experience in construction management or a similar role
• The project has lot of unique finishes which were in line with their standard finishes done in other parts of the world, candidate should have knowledge of
• BMU system
• EPDM type of waterproofing (Membrane waterproofing)
• Modular support system for MEP
• Experience working on high end Interior project
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, high-end commercial interior fit-out (Hospitality Projects), architecture principles, MEP High side and low-side services, overall coordination
• Outstanding knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall building construction, Interior Fit-put & MEP works
• Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from beginning to end
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Should have the ability to coordinate with the design team at different geographical locations, local coordination between Permit Architect, Structural consultant, MEP consultant, Cost consultant, GC contractors, etc.
• Manage construction schedule and activities
• Ensure the schedule of all the deliverables
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Budget planning and cost estimating
• Manage and mitigate risks
