Job summary

A construction management firm is looking for qualified professionals for a 16-month project in Mindanao. We seek a Senior Construction Manager, licensed Civil Engineer with 2+ years of experience, and an MEPFS Engineer, licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 3+ years experience. Join our growing team for an upcoming School Project in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao (16 months, with possible extension).

We are looking for qualified and passionate professionals to fill the following positions:

• Senior Construction Manager - Licensed Civil Engineer, (Male) with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a consultancy or project management firm, Exposure to medium to high-rise projects (schools, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use developments) in the Philippines or overseas, Strong expertise in managing quality, safety, and productivity on-site, Cost-conscious with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• MEPFS Engineer - Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Male/Female) with a Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a main contractor on building projects (schools, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use developments). Strong background in implementing drawings and specifications. Experienced in progress monitoring, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Aggressive, driven, and committed to project success

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Procore, STAAD.Pro. Location: Mindanao. Duration: 16 months (with possibility of extension)
