Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage laboratory testing records and reports in a construction laboratory setting. You will organize, file, and maintain traceable documentation while coordinating with technicians and site personnel.

Key duties include monitoring testing logs, compiling supporting documents for submissions, and assisting in delivering laboratory-related documents to the Engineer/Consultant. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction laboratory, materials testing, QA/QC documentation.
• Able to organize and maintain testing records for soil, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain laboratory testing records and reports.
• Monitor and update laboratory testing logs and document status.
• Compile supporting documents for material testing and inspection submissions.
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians, QA/QC engineers, and site personnel.
• Ensure laboratory documents are complete, properly filed, and traceable.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of laboratory-related documents to the Engineer/Consultant.
