You’ll transform established design intents and consultant information into clear drawings and schedules that can be priced, approved and built.

This role focuses on detailing and coordinating information from designers, consultants and clients, ensuring a buildable set with minimal RFIs and rework, allowing efficient project progress.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, coordinated and buildable construction documents.
• Turn established design intent, client requirements and consultant information into drawings and schedules that can be priced, approved and constructed.
• Coordinate information from Designers, consultants, clients, Technical and Delivery to generate a single buildable set.
