Job summary

Job Summary

To work on a variety of Construction projects under the Architectural field. At any stage of the project, the Constructability Architect may be responsible for reviewing the project to identify areas where constructability concepts can be applied. The reviews aim to reduce wastage caused by design errors, delays, or rework.

Responsibilities

• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Conduct clash detection, clash organization, and clash grouping using Navisworks Manage and BIMTrack.
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit for compliance to normal constructability standards and compliance to the BIM Execution plan.
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Must have plan reading knowledge (Architectural, Structural).
• Hands‑on experience using Navisworks.
• Good grasp of Construction principles.
• Basic understanding of Revit (Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP).
• Good grasp of Architecture and Engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
