Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in Makati seeks an experienced BIM Lead to lead and deliver BIM model and drawing production for large and complex projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that comply with project, client, and company standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; BIM-related certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience using BIM software on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication with structured, solution-oriented approach.
• International project experience is an advantage; adapt to project drawing standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Common Data Environments (ACC/Forma).
• Dynamo and Python skills are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM model and drawing production across multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the BIM Manager.
• Delegate workloads to BIM modellers and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of conflicts.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure models and data comply with BIM standards, execution plans, and ISO 19650.
• Oversee model health checks, data validation, and document control in the CDE.
• Collaborate with lead engineers, discipline leads, and design teams to support delivery.
• Mentor and train BIM modellers on software, processes, and best practices.
• Support setup and improvement of BIM workflows for large projects.

Role description:

Lead and deliver BIM model and drawing production for large and complex projects, applying advanced technical and engineering expertise within a BIM environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality model delivery that complies with project, client, and company standards, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing clash detection and resolution activities, and supporting the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project delivery strategies. The position works closely with BIM Managers, discipline leads, and engineers, and provides leadership in a multi-discipline BIM environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

Role accountabilities:

• Lead and coordinate BIM model and drawing production activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the BIM Manager.
• Delegate workloads effectively to BIM modellers and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of model conflicts.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models to support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure models, drawings, and project data comply with BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650, and project requirements.
• Oversee model health checks, data validation, quality assurance, and document control within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Collaborate closely with lead engineers, discipline leads, design teams, and lead offices to support project delivery.
• Mentor and train BIM modellers, providing technical guidance on BIM software, processes, and best practices.
• Support the setup, development, and continuous improvement of BIM projects, workflows, and team capabilities for large and complex projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with BIM-related technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with BIM software on multidisciplinary projects, ideally within a design consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, with a structured, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• International project experience is an advantage, with the ability to quickly adapt to project-specific drawing standards and requirements.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Common Data Environments (ACC/Forma)
• Dynamo and Python skills is an advantage
