Job description

  1. Act as the ambassador in presenting the Company’s image as a high-quality property management to all clients of the project.
  2. Address minors concern of the clients which should be accomplished on the level of the Resident Relation Officer (RRO) aligned with the mission and vision of Eton Property Management Corp (EPMC).
  3. Attend to all enquiries promptly and efficiently that come direct to him/her, and if needed escalate to the right personnel, department or the Building Manager.
  4. Ensures to build a customer touch point by greeting residents and visitors.
  5. Manage the courier traffic of incoming and outgoing documents/parcels.
  6. Provide support assistance on a variety of office/administrative functions.
  7. Extend ambassador role to promote a friendly and welcoming environment within the Office.
  8. Ensure that the reception area in impeccable condition.
  9. Help promote all services of EPMC to all those whom you come in contact with.
  10. On call in times of calamities that may cause disruption in operation such as but not limited to power/water interruptions and typhoons.
  11. Carry out any other duties as directed by the corporate office
