Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures.
2. Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport.
3. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
4. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

Candidate Profile

• 18 years old and up
• Computer/internet literate
• Fluent in English; as you'll be conversing with foreign customers
• Committed to full-time long-term employment

All successful applicants undergo a month-long training on communications, culture, and product-specific courses to prepare them before actual work begins.

Educational & Professional Attainment

• At least graduated high school (prior to K-12 curriculum) / ALS / SHS (K-12)
• Not tied up with academics; not currently studying or enrolling for school
• Fresh/inexperienced college graduates are encouraged to apply
• BPO experience in any international voice account is an advantage but not required

Note: For applicants under the K-12 curriculum, you should be graduates of Senior High School; Junior HS graduates will not be accepted. For applicants under the old (before K-12) curriculum, HS graduates are welcome to apply.
