Overview

We’re looking for a Compliance Testing Analyst to join our Integrated Compliance Services (ICS) team at MBPS. In this role, you will directly report to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager of Testing. The Senior Analyst will support testing, monitoring, and quality assurance tasks in Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Support and implement the annual testing plan, offering solutions to enhance business processes and best practices.
  • Prepare and conduct testing activities, including creating templates, gathering data, and drafting reports.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for management.
  • Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Document testing workflows and processes; handle additional compliance testing requests as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related financial services experience
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and adept in report writing. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related course
Preferred Qualifications
  • Compliance, testing, insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, culturally aware, and effective in negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance concepts.
  • Capable of working independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision. Eager and quick learner with enthusiasm for team growth and training.
