Qualifications

• 3+ years in Compliance, Ethics, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or legal operations.
• Experience supporting compliance programs at a multinational public company.
• Experience administering compliance technology platforms and workflows.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the business to operationalize, automate, and refine compliance controls and workflows.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into sustainable, measurable operational processes.
• Develop standardized processes, documentation, and workflows for compliance operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Analyze data and report findings for audits, investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
• Administer compliance systems and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors to design, test, deploy system changes, integrations, upgrades, and improvements.
