Job summary

RCBC Microbank in Davao City is looking for a Compliance Reports Officer for the Regulatory & Reconciliation Reports Unit.

This role oversees compliance with BIR, BSP, and PDIC regulations while assisting in general accounting and audit tasks. Candidates should possess a BS in Accountancy or a related degree and have 1-3 years of relevant banking experience. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in BSP & BIR regulations, accounting standards, bank operations, and financial statement preparation.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking operations.

• The Compliance Reports Officer for Regulatory & Reconciliation Reports Unit is responsible for the compliance of the Bank and all its Branches with BIR, BSP and PDIC as well as in assistance to general accounting and external audit tasks.
