Job Description
- Develop and implement privacy policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments related to data protection and privacy practices.
- Advise internal teams on privacy-related matters and best practices.
- Monitor and manage data breach incidents, including reporting and remediation efforts.
- Ensure that third-party vendors comply with privacy policies and standards.
- Provide training and awareness programs on privacy and data protection to employees.
- Stay updated on changes in privacy laws and adjust policies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, business administration or any related field
- At least 7 years of experience with data protection, privacy, healthcare operations or compliance related activities
- Must be a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), International Associate of Privacy Professionals
- Proven expertise in privacy laws, such as GDPR, and local data protection regulations.
- Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Must have experience with Project Management Tools: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams
- Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia (CIPPA) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex compliance issues.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
- Willing to work on night shift (8pm to 5am) from Mondays to Fridays, 3x a week onsite & 2x a week WFH in BGC, Taguig City
- Willing to undergo 3 months onsite night shift training
