Job Description

• Develop and implement privacy policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments related to data protection and privacy practices.
• Advise internal teams on privacy-related matters and best practices.
• Monitor and manage data breach incidents, including reporting and remediation efforts.
• Ensure that third-party vendors comply with privacy policies and standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs on privacy and data protection to employees.
• Stay updated on changes in privacy laws and adjust policies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, business administration or any related field
• At least 7 years of experience with data protection, privacy, healthcare operations or compliance related activities
• Must be a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), International Associate of Privacy Professionals
• Proven expertise in privacy laws, such as GDPR, and local data protection regulations.
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Must have experience with Project Management Tools: Microsoft Suite, Tableau, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams
• Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia (CIPPA) is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex compliance issues.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
• Willing to work on night shift (8pm to 5am) from Mondays to Fridays, 3x a week onsite & 2x a week WFH in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to undergo 3 months onsite night shift training
