Job summary

Radenta Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Ethics, Governance and Compliance Group in the Technical Governance and Compliance function. The role focuses on sustaining ISO certifications and regulatory compliance programs.

You will coordinate audits, maintain records, and assist in governance reviews across projects and functions, ensuring documentation completeness and action tracking to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1–3 years in compliance, audit, governance, quality, risk, or information security.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and ISO certifications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and technical writing ability.

Job description

The Compliance Analyst shall provide operational and administrative support to the Ethics, Governance and Compliance Group, and will be reporting under the Technical Governance and Compliance function in maintaining and continually improving the organization's management systems and compliance programs. The role shall support the sustainability of ISO certifications, regulatory compliance initiatives, governance activities, and project compliance reviews to ensure alignment with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of organizational governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain compliance records, audit documentation, risk registers, and governance reports.
• Coordinate audits, compliance reviews, awareness programs, and corrective action activities.
• Support project, contract, bid, supplier, and third-party compliance assessments.
• Monitor compliance obligations, action plans, governance-related deliverables and certification requirements.
• Assist in conducting compliance checks, governance assessments, and process reviews across projects, business functions and operational activities.
• Prepare reports, trackers, meeting documentation, and status updates to support management decision-making and governance oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness, action tracking, and process compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through identification of gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for process enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Legal Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in compliance, audit, governance, quality, risk, OR information security.
• Basic knowledge of governance frameworks (ISO Certifications, such as ISO27001, ISO9001, Data Privacy, etc.), compliance concepts, organizational policies, and controlled processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, communication & technical writing skills and have basic document quality practices
