  • Design and administer executive compensation, including short-term and long-term incentives.
  • Conduct global market analyses to benchmark TR programs; utilize data analytics for decisions and forecasting.
  • Establish governance structures to oversee TR programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal/compliance on international TR administration.
  • Engage senior leaders and the board to gain support for TR initiatives; communicate TR value to employees.
  • Leverage technology to enhance TR delivery and explore innovative TR solutions for a diverse, distributed workforce.
  • Develop training programs for HR professionals and managers on global TR processes and systems.
  • Build TR team capabilities to manage complex global programs; support succession planning in the TR team.
