A leading energy firm in Taguig is seeking an HR professional for a hybrid role focused on supporting HR Retention services across the Thermal Business Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field. In this role, you will ensure employee data integrity and partner with HRBP Managers and Team Leaders.

The position is responsible to support alignment and delivery of designated HR pillar (Retention) across the Thermal Business Group working with Human Resources personnel in the group as focal person. The position is also responsible for employee data integrity by ensuring competence and development of HR BP Specialists.

Also, responsible for expert HR Support across sites, performing complex tasks and partnering with HRBP Managers and Team Leaders.

Qualifications:

Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 4 years relevant experience

Project: Involved in compensation studies, HR Systems related projects

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any of these courses - Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Mass Communication, or other relevant courses.
