Job summary

Pioneer Specialty Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to handle the distribution of materials, tools and equipment to various projects, safeguard items in transit, and assist with receipt and storage.

You will represent the company professionally to improve profitability and customer satisfaction, follow routes and schedules, load and unload the vehicle, complete logs, and comply with safety standards. Work location is in-person in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and routes.
• Follow routes and time schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Request feedback and resolve client complaints to improve service.
• Ensure invoices and related documents are received and signed.
• Return receiving copies and complete logs/reports.
• Adhere to safety standards and DOT/MMDA regulations.
• Report inventory or shipping issues to warehouse supervision.

Job description

Perform and responsible for the delivery of materials, tools & equipment to various projects/customers, safeguarding all items during transit, assisting with the receipt of items, preparing and storing items for shipment.

Represent the Company in professional and cost-effective manner to increase the profitability and customer satisfaction.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
2. Follow routes and time schedule.
3. Load, unload prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
4. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client’s complaints.
5. Ensure that all Invoices/PDR/DR are received and properly signed by the customer in good condition.
6. Return the receiving copy to delivery/logistic clerk.
7. Complete logs and reports.
8. Follow DOT/MMDA regulations and safety standards.
9. Performs duties/works which maybe assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried out.
10. Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with inventory damages and shipping.
11. Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
12. Cultivate and continuously manage strong internal relationships with people of all levels of the company with a view to maintaining good communication and a harmonious working environment that lay a strong foundation for the overall success of the business.
13. Requires to abide Company rules and regulations on discipline and other Company Policies.
