About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Company Technician to join the team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS. This is a full-time position. As a Company Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising our operational equipment. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations, minimising downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in maintenance logs and reporting systems
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise operational downtime and support efficient workflow
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or replacements and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all technical operations
• Train and support junior technicians or operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
