Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Administer first aid and emergency medical treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct initial assessments of employees' health complaints and monitor patients under observation within the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and ensure proper documentation of clinic visits and treatments.
  • Organize health and wellness programs, awareness campaigns, and educational sessions to promote a healthy lifestyle among employees.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and ensure appropriate care is given. Assist in the creation and implementation of emergency response plans.
  • Monitor and manage medical supplies and equipment; ensure the clinic is fully stocked and functional at all times.
  • Assist with compliance in relation to health and safety regulations, including reporting workplace injuries and illnesses to government agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.).
  • Liaise with hospitals, clinics, or occupational health physicians when referrals or further medical attention is needed.
  • Facilitate annual physical exams, vaccination programs, drug testing, and other health-related activities.
  • Support HR and the Safety Officer in implementing occupational health and safety standards and policies.
