Job summary

A leading logistics provider is looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator in Cavite. You will be responsible for implementing health programs, attending to medical emergencies, and supporting the company physician. Candidates must be licensed nurses with experience in healthcare. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and applicants from Cavite or nearby areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with 1-4 years of experience in Healthcare.
• Knowledgeable in weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks
• Attending to daily basic medical needs
• Assisting the company physician
• Responding to medical emergencies inside the warehouse premises
• Conducting periodic Ergonomic assessments
• Analyzing sickness and implementing appropriate programs
• Leading or assisting in Training and awareness of employees on Health & Wellness Programs
• Initiating improvements for the Health Management
• In charge in Health Surveillance programs
• Communicate with management on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing, First Aider or equivalent.
• Licensed/Registered Nurse
• 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Presentation
• Knowledgeable in doing weekly/monthly reports
• Has critical-thinking skills with warm and caring disposition
• Preferred candidates residing in Cavite or nearby areas
