What you'll be doing

• Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
• Administering health screenings to employees, checking medical certificates and process medical benefits.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborating with HR and management to develop and implement health and wellness initiatives
• Serving as a liaison between the company and external healthcare providers
• Promoting a culture of safety and health awareness among all employees

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• With experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical records and reporting
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to healthcare
• Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
