Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with passengers and site coordinators on schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as required.
• Report accidents or vehicle damage immediately to management.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies

• Transport company personnel, various construction sites, offices and business locations

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organisation and mechanical condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness

• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, routes and delivery times

• Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation whilst minimising fuel costs

• Communicate professionally with passengers and liaise with site coordinators regarding delivery schedules

• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment as required

• Report accidents, traffic violations or vehicle damage immediately to management

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid professional driver's licence with a clean driving record and no serious traffic violations

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a professional driver in a commercial or construction environment

• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns

• Strong mechanical understanding and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

• Exceptional safety awareness and commitment to accident-free driving practices

• Professional communication skills and ability to interact courteously with all personnel

• Punctuality and reliability with a consistent attendance record

• Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading materials

• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by company operations

• Valid Philippine driver's licence (Class 1 or Class 2 preferred)
