About the role

The corporate driver/messenger is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation for company executives, clients, and employees. This role also handles the secure, confidential, and timely delivery of corporate documents, packages, and payments between office branches, banks, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company executives, clients, and visitors safely to business meetings, airports, corporate events, and other scheduled destinations
• Secure delivery and pickup of legal contracts, invoices, and documents to designated banks or any other locations
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all sensitive business conversations, data, or materials overheard or any task given
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean both interior and exterior, fully fueled, and regularly serviced according to scheduled maintenance
• Map out optimal routes using real-time GPS and traffic apps to ensure seamless, timely arrivals and avoid major delays or road hazards
• Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and defensive driving protocols to guarantee passenger safety at all times
• Maintain precise, organized logs of vehicle mileage, trip details, fuel expenses, and service records for corporate accounting and audits
• Immediately report any accidents, traffic violations, or physical damage sustained by the company vehicle

About you

• Vocational or college level or equivalent; must possess a valid Professional Driver's License
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as corporate driver
• Defensive driving: operates vehicles with maximum safety and strictly obeys traffic laws
• Time management: anticipates delays, maps optimal routes, and ensures consistent punctuality
• Confidentiality: maintains absolute discretion regarding sensitive corporate information and conversations
• Professional etiquette: demonstrates a polished appearance and disciplined corporate demeanor
