Guerilla Staffing Solutions in Pampanga, Philippines seeks a full-time Company Driver & Handyman to transport staff and materials, care for company vehicles, and assist with basic maintenance and daily operations.

At senior level, the role includes transporting company owners and coordinating the driver team, scheduling, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. The position offers onsite work and a competitive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Transport staff, materials, and documents safely and on time, following traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good working condition, perform regular checks, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Report accidents, mechanical issues, delays, and safety concerns, document incidents clearly, and help resolve them.
• Assist with housekeeping, basic maintenance, facility upkeep, and tasks for other departments when not driving.
• Coordinate driver schedules and assignments, monitor task completion, address performance concerns, and help recruit new drivers.

Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a full-time Company Driver & Handyman and help keep our people, vehicles, and workplace safe and supported. You will transport staff and materials, care for company vehicles, and assist with basic maintenance and daily operational needs. At the senior level, the role also includes transport for company owners and their families and coordination of the driver team.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff, materials, and documents safely and on time, following traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and in good working condition, perform regular checks, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Report accidents, mechanical issues, delays, and safety concerns, document incidents clearly, and help resolve them.
• Assist with housekeeping, basic maintenance, facility upkeep, and tasks for other departments when not driving.
• Communicate staff expectations clearly and fairly, provide constructive guidance, and refer concerns requiring HR support through the correct channels.
• Support staff onboarding and offboarding as required.
• Provide safe, timely transport for company owners and their families at the senior level, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate driver schedules and assignments at the senior level, monitor task completion and availability, address performance concerns, guide drivers, and conduct interviews for new drivers.

Job Qualifications

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP15,000 - PHP25,000
Work Set-up: Onsite

• Ability to drive safely and defensively while following traffic laws and company safety rules.
• Ability to carry out regular vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, and facility needs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with advance notice to management when unable to attend.
• Clear communication about schedules, assignments, delays, and concerns.
• Professional and respectful behaviour when dealing with staff, clients, visitors, and passengers.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential information, including family matters at the senior level.
• Initiative and flexibility to use downtime productively and adapt to changing schedules; senior-level applicants must also demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to guide and hold drivers accountable fairly.
