Job summary

A transport service provider in Taguig is seeking an experienced Corporate Driver. The role involves safely transporting employees, conducting vehicle maintenance, and efficiently logging all trip details. Candidates must have at least 3 years of driving experience, a valid Professional Driver’s License, and extensive geographical knowledge of the area. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as a corporate driver or in a similar setting.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions 123) for at least 3 years.
• Familiarity with LGU, MMDA mandates & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport company employees to various destinations safely.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle.
• Log all trip details diligently and submit to the fleet coordinator.
• Report incidents immediately, ensuring passenger safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and products.
• Coordinate with fleet coordinator regarding any concerns.

Job Description

• To safely and on a timely manner transport company employees to various destinations based on applied and approved iVR
• Conducts daily basic cleaning and maintenance check of the company vehicle assigned
• Diligently logs all trip related details in the Driver's itinerary and submits the same to the fleet coordinator without delay
• Reports all incidents immediately as it happens or the latest by end of day especially in situations when damages have been incurred to the vehicle and when safety of all passengers has been at risk
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of passenger luggage, products, and materials, as needed
• Properly coordinates with fleet coordinator and passengers of any concerns, delays and changes in the itinerary
• With basic automotive maintenance / troubleshooting skills
• Has extensive geographical knowledge and familiarity with various major and minor thoroughfares
• Knowledgeable in road safety and LGU, MMDA mandates & regulations
• With presence of mind, positive demeanor, patience and with good moral character

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With valid Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions 123) for at least 3 years
• With minimum 3 years combined experience as Corporate Driver and/or in a similar setting
