• Report 72 hours a week.
• Transport the CEO, COO, their immediate family, company personnel, clients, as well as various products and materials to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner, six days a week.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of personnel luggage, goods, and materials.
• Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
• Interact with passengers professionally at all times.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean, presentable, and ready for use.
• Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation.
• Arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Keep mileage and repair records up-to-date.
• Notify the company as soon as possible of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during working hours.
• Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas where parking is permitted to avoid towing.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and proper maintenance through regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle servicing.
• Promptly notify management of any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage.
