Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, or buses, to transport goods, materials, or staff to designated locations safely and efficiently.
• Plan routes and schedules to optimize travel time, considering traffic conditions and delivery requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any vehicle issues for repair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, both inside and outside, to present a professional image.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo or passengers following proper handling and safety procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as picking up office supplies or packages when required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate transportation activities and address delays or issues.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
