You will plan routes, log mileage and fuel, perform basic maintenance, and assist with loading as needed. The position emphasizes safety, independent work, and strong customer service to passengers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Class 2 or higher) with clean driving record.
• 2-3 years of professional driving experience in construction, logistics or transport.
• Knowledge of Quezon City and Metro Manila road networks and traffic.
• Strong commitment to safety and accident prevention.
• Ability to operate vans, trucks and utility vehicles.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Good time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with professional communication.
• Physical fitness to lift and carry items safely.
• Familiarity with site logistics and route tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

J2 Construction Corp. is seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our construction operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials. As Company Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining our vehicles to the highest standards and representing J2 Construction Corp. with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What you'll be doing

• Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently whilst adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Transporting personnel, equipment, and materials to and from construction sites and company locations
• Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, and lights
• Maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
• Ensuring vehicles remain clean, well-organised, and in good working condition
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members regarding vehicle issues or delays
• Planning and optimising routes to ensure timely deliveries and reduce fuel costs
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials when required
• Maintaining a professional demeanour and providing excellent customer service to all passengers
• Adhering to company policies and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid Professional Driver's License (Class 2 or higher) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a professional driver in construction, logistics, or transportation sectors
• Proven knowledge of Quezon City and Metro Manila road networks and traffic conditions
• Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety and accident prevention
• Ability to operate various vehicle types, including vans, trucks, and utility vehicles
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
• Preferably with experience in construction site logistics and material handling
• Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and digital route planning tools is advantageous
