Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA in Pampanga is seeking a reliable Company Driver to safely transport company personnel, staff and materials to designated locations, primarily between Manila and Pampanga, and to maintain a clean, well‑kept vehicle.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Company Driver, a valid Professional Driver's License with the required restrictions, knows routes and traffic conditions in Manila and Pampanga, is willing to relocate to Pampanga with company staff

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the required restriction codes for the assigned vehicle.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Company Driver is required.
• Must be knowledgeable about routes and traffic conditions in Manila and Pampanga.
• Willing to relocate to Pampanga, with company-provided staff house accommodation.
• Must be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work onsite and travel between Manila and Pampanga as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company personnel, staff, products, and materials to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading staff luggage, products, and other materials as needed.
• Plan and adjust travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, and unnecessary delays.
• Promptly report any traffic violations or tickets received while using the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensure the company vehicle is parked in authorized areas to avoid penalties or towing.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained through regular washing, cleaning, and routine maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including departure and arrival times.
• Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
