Job description

Assisting the logistics personnel in moving or carrying items into the company vehicle for delivery.

Assisting in loading and offloading packages for delivery.

Handling and monitoring deliveries via Transportify when there is no company delivery required.

Coordinating with the logistics department to receive the set of schedules for deliveries.

Providing daily and weekly reports and the whereabouts of deliveries to the Logistics Department.

Monitoring and maintaining the condition of the company's commercial service vehicle(s).

Making documentation for the date and time of deliveries.

Regular cleaning of company commercial vehicle(s).

Promptly inform the management regarding any tickets issued against the company vehicle during working hours of deliveries.

Report any kind of accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Can communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Tagalog and English.

Preferably can drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

At least a high school graduate, college undergraduate, college graduate, or equivalent.

Able to work under pressure to reach deadlines on time for deliveries.

With a pleasing personality, respectful, disciplined, trustworthy, and punctual.

With driving experience of at least 3 to 5 years and up.

Must have a valid professional drivers license Code B2 for commercial service vehicles.

Familiar with major roads or national highways.

Must be highly knowledgeable in vehicle parts.

Must be well-educated in maintaining company commercial service vehicle(s).

Should be highly knowledgeable and compliant with Philippine traffic laws and regulations.
