Job description

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of company personnel, executives, documents, products, and other company-related materials. Ensures proper maintenance of assigned vehicles and compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport company personnel, executives, and authorized guests.

Handle the delivery and collection of company documents, products, supplies, and other materials.

Perform assigned driving errands and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and monitor fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and other basic maintenance needs.

Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, and maintenance concerns immediately.

Ensure timely vehicle registration, insurance, and other required documents are monitored.

Follow traffic regulations and observe safe driving practices at all times.

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle expenses.

Perform other driving and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

About you

High school graduate or equivalent.

Valid professional driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

At least 2 years of driving experience preferred.

Familiarity with Metro Manila, Rizal, and nearby areas.

Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.

No serious traffic violations or driving-related offenses.

With own motorcycle.

Defensive driving skills.

Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
