Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Professional Driver's License.
• At least 2 years of experience as a company/executive/delivery driver.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Physically fit and willing to assist with loading/unloading.
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual and dependable.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, employees, visitors, and clients as assigned.
• Deliver and pick up company documents, products, and other items in a timely manner.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time arrivals while avoiding traffic delays.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or servicing when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll fees, and vehicle maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Assist in loading and unloading products or materials when required.
• Immediately report any accidents, vehicle issues, or traffic violations to management.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the company.
