Job summary

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is seeking a reliable Company Delivery Driver to safely deliver goods to branches and customers. The role involves driving commercial vehicles, logging deliveries, and maintaining schedules with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will assist with loading/unloading, perform daily vehicle checks, and keep delivery records. A valid driver's license (1/2/3 or A-C) and at least 1 year of delivery experience are preferred; flexible hours may be required.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
• Preferably 40 years old or below

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products to branches and customers per delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries; complete paperwork (receipts, invoices).
• Assist with loading and unloading; handle goods to avoid damage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Report vehicle issues, delays, or accidents to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle.
• Keep records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.
• Follow traffic laws and road safety regulations during deliveries.
• Communicate delivery schedules to the dispatch team.
• Occasionally assist with organizing deliveries or other logistics tasks.

About the role

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is looking for a reliable and responsible Company Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods, materials, and products to our branches and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving commercial vehicles, hold a valid Driver’s License (1, 2, 3, or A-C), and be committed to ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods. You will play an essential role in contributing to the smooth operation of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Safely transport products, materials, and goods to our branches and customers as per delivery schedules.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and complete all required paperwork (delivery receipts, invoices, etc.).

• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure regular maintenance checks for safe vehicle operation.

• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or accidents to management in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it’s in good working condition.

• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.

• Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations during deliveries.

• Communicate delivery schedules and updates to the dispatch team as needed.

• Occasionally assist with organizing deliveries or other logistical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What we're looking for

• Valid Driver’s License (1, 2, 3, or A-C).

• At least 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a delivery or transport role. (preferred but not required).

• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

• Ability to operate delivery vehicles (light trucks, vans, or larger vehicles) safely and efficiently.

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Ability to handle deliveries efficiently, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
