A leading technology company is seeking a Community Manager to oversee community strategies and user engagement activities. The role involves creating a vibrant community environment, managing interactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates will excel in engagement metrics analysis and have a passion for community building.
Job description:
1、Responsible for establishing community process SOPs and management rules, as well as their implementation; including but not limited to user journey, guidance, and interaction mechanisms such as conversation prompts and engagement strategies.
2、Plan and implement user activities/themes and interactive community engagement strategies, including answering questions and other content, to keep the community active and accountable for business outcomes.
3、Maintain customer relationships, ensure a positive community environment, manage content and comments, provide warm concierge-like services, and create fun, personalized IP personas.
4、Oversee the community's foundational setup, cultivate, select, and manage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and community managers, as well as handle community account, relationship, and data management.
5、Set and break down team goals and tasks, and manage performance evaluation.
