SHARVD is looking for a Community & Operations Associate who can strengthen their external-facing presence and ensure their community continues to thrive.

- Experience in community management, client relations, or operations is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Community & Client Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for hub members, partners, and visitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, incubates, and community partners
- Support client accounts with operational follow-ups (renewals, onboarding, feedback collection)
- Coordinate with the Communications Manager for smooth client communications and service delivery
- Draft and refine business correspondence, reports, and client updates to ensure professional communication standards
Hub & Ecosystem Operations
- Oversee co-working/hub experience: ensuring spaces are professional, welcoming, and client-ready
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for contracts, deliveries, and service quality
- Assist in managing occupancy logistics as SHARVD expands to new facilities (e.g., 7th floor)
- Support event logistics, workshops, and networking sessions to strengthen community engagement
Business Documentation & Compliance
- Manage templated contracts, NDAs, and standard forms for clients and vendors
- Track compliance requirements (permits, supplier docs, etc.) and liaise with SHARVD’s law firm when escalation is required
- Ensure accurate filing and monitoring of client agreements and renewals
- Prepare clear and accurate written reports and documentation for management review
Leadership & Executive Support
- Provide support to the Managing Director for strategic and operational follow-ups
- Assist with light executive tasks such as scheduling, meeting prep, and priority tracking
- Act as a bridge between leadership and the hub community for smooth information flow
